What is the HydraFacial?

The HydraFacial is a medical-grade resurfacing treatment that clears out pores and hydrates, detoxifies and rejuvenates the skin with active ingredients. The treatment reveals glowing, refreshed and radiant skin with immediate results.

How long do results last?

Although your skin will appear dewy and glowy following a HydraFacial, the treatment isn’t a quick fix. Results do last far longer than other facials however it is intended to improve skins appearance over time. For maximum results we recommend treatment every 4-6 weeks.

How does it work?

Treatment involves 6 steps: Detox; Cleanse & Exfoliation; Brightening; Extraction, Hydration and Rejuvenation.
The skin is infused using the HydraPeel Tip with serums that have anti- aging and antioxidant properties and are tailored to address the specific needs of each client.

The six steps of HydraFacial:

Step 1 – Detox
A specially formulated lymphatic drainage technique helps increase circulation, eliminating toxins.

Step 2 – Cleansing & Exfoliation
Dead skin cells and impurities are gently lifted for a deep-cleansing result.

Step 3 – Brightening Agent
A gentle glycolic and salicylic solution helps loosen debris from your pores, brightening your skin.

Step 4 – Extraction
Blackheads and impurities in congested areas are extracted using honey extract and salicylic acid.

Step 5 – Hydration
A combination of hyaluronic acid, antioxidants and peptides replenish, plump and hydrate your skin.

Step 6 – Rejuvenation
LED light is used to stimulate collagen and also reduces redness, leaving your skin glowing.

Are there any side effects?

The HydraFacial has minimal side effects and downtime post treatment. There may be some mild redness post treatment which will subside within a few hours – the degree of redness will vary from one individual to another.

Although the risk is low there is always a risk of allergy or irritation from the serums/products applied to the skin.

Treatment will only be carried out following a thorough medical consultation with our Advanced Skincare Specialist who will ensure this treatment is appropriate for you. This allows side effects to be discussed in detail before treatment is commenced. Following treatment we do recommend to let your skin rest and soak up all of the benefits of the facial for the rest of the day. We advise makeup can then be worn the next morning and resume your normal routine.
