(Applicable to all manually booked appointments i.e. booked through Text Message/Email/Facebook/Instagram)
We require a £30 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit for all appointments to prevent no shows and cancellations.
Once we receive your deposit, we will then allocate the appointment to you – unfortunately we CANNOT hold appointments.
We require a £20 NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE deposit for all consultation appointments to prevent no shows and cancellations.
This will be redeemable against any treatment booked. If you decide not to go ahead with treatment following the consultation this will be refunded back to you.
Once we receive your deposit, we will then allocate the appointment to you – unfortunately WE CANNOT hold appointments.

Need to Cancel or Reschedule your appointment?
To reschedule your appointment we require 48 hours notice.
Deposits are transferable if 48 hours notice is given.
If we do not receive 48 hours notice this will result in loss of your deposit.
PLEASE NOTE – Appointments can only be rescheduled ONCE.
If you request to reschedule for a second time this would result in loss of your deposit, we would then require a new deposit payment.
If you cancel your appointment, the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE in ALL circumstances.
For all top-up/review appointments which DO NOT require an upfront deposit we also require 48 hours notice to cancel/ reschedule.
ONLINE BOOKING TERMS
(Applicable for all appointments booked through our online booking service – FRESHA)
FREE cancellation if 48 hours notice is given.
If less than 48 hours notice is given you will be charged 30% of the service price as a late cancellation fee.
If you DO NOT show up to your appointment without notice you will be charged 50% of the service price.
* PLEASE NOTE: We DO NOT have a card machine in clinic – where possible please can the remaining treatment balance be paid prior to leaving clinic by CASH, BANK TRANSFER or PAYPAL
