Booking Information

It is important that you read and consider all of the information below before booking an appointment. 

• If you have a history of COLD SORES, you must start anti-viral medication (Zovirax & Acyclovir) 2 weeks before your lip filler appointment & continue for 2 weeks after – this will help to prevent a flare up.

To minimise the risk of bruising, swelling & over stretching the skin you should:

• Avoid ALCOHOL consumption 24 hours before treatment, 24 hours after & also on the day of treatment.

• Avoid taking BLOOD THINNERS, ANTI-INFLAMMATORIES & PAIN KILLERS for 2 weeks before your appointment unless medically prescribed.

• Avoid VITAMIN E and products containing GINGKO EXTRACTS (i.e. Fish and Garlic products) for 2 weeks before your appointment unless medically prescribed.

• You must attend your appointment ALONE. We do not have capacity in our waiting area to accommodate other people.

• Due to safety reasons and insurance purposes CHILDREN/ BABIES are not permitted in the clinic.

• You must attend your appointment ON TIME. If you are more than 10 minutes late you will be asked to reschedule. This will result in loss of your booking fee & a further fee will be required to rebook.

• We are unable to carry out lip filler treatment on anyone who has had LIP BLUSH or LIP TATTOOING. We first need to assess your lips to ascertain whether or not we can see a colour change when we press firmly onto the lip. If this relates to you please book a consultation appointment before booking this treatment.

• We are unable to carry out lip filler treatment on anyone who has MIGRATED FILLER or LUMPS above or behind their lips. If you are unsure please book a consultation appointment before booking this treatment.

• If you have had your LIPS or NOSE filled previously by another practitioner please book a consultation appointment before booking this treatment.

• If you are being treated for any MEDICAL CONDITIONS or are due to undergo any medical tests e.g. blood tests, you must let us know before booking as this may determine whether or not you can receive treatment.

• If you are due to attend a SPECIAL OCCASION e.g. Wedding, Birthday or Christening we advise to book injectable treatments 2 weeks prior to the occasion to allow time for healing.

• If you are due to TRAVEL abroad or within the UK you must book your dermal filler appointment 2 weeks prior to this.

•  If you are PREGNANT, BREASTFEEDING OR HAVE GIVEN BIRTH WITHIN 6 WEEKS you must let us know before booking as this will determine whether or not you can receive treatment.

•  If you have any DISABILITIES or ADDITIONAL NEEDS please let us know prior to booking an appointment as we may need to make reasonable adjustments to allow your treatment to take place.

•  You may request a suitably trained CHAPERONE for any procedure, test or examination. Friends and family are NOT permitted to act as chaperones. If you would like a chaperone please let us know as soon as possible as we may need to reschedule your appointment. Failure to provide 48 hours notice will result in loss of your booking fee & a further fee will be required to rebook.

•  If you are VEGETARIAN, VEGAN or have ALLERGIES please let us know prior to booking an appointment due to product selection.

•  COVID VACCINE/BOOSTER – you cannot have Dermal Filler treatment 2 weeks before the vaccine and for 3 weeks after the vaccine.

•  If you have booked a COURSE of treatments and cancel with less than 48 hours notice you will lose the full treatment session.

If you DO NOT adhere to the specified time frames and instructions above we may be unable to treat you – this will result in loss of your booking fee and a further fee will be required to rebook.

Payment Information

We DO NOT have a card machine in clinic – payment must be made prior to leaving the clinic by CASH, BANK TRANSFER or PAYPAL.

Booking Terms & Conditions

Treatment Appointments

A booking fee is required to secure all appointments.

Booking fees range between 30% – 100% of the treatment cost depending on the type of treatment.
(The booking fee will be displayed on the online booking system at the time of booking)

Booking fees are NON-REFUNDABLE in all circumstances.

On receipt of your booking fee we will then allocate the appointment to you – unfortunately we cannot hold appointments.

Consultation Appointments

We require a £20 booking fee for all consultation appointments to prevent no shows & cancellations.

This is redeemable against any treatment booked.

Need to CANCEL or RESCHEDULE?

To reschedule your appointment we require 48 hours notice.

Booking fees are transferable to an alternative date with the same practitioner if 48 hours notice is given.

Booking fees cannot be transferred between clients.

If we do not receive 48 hours notice this will result in loss of your booking fee.

Appointments can only be rescheduled ONCE.
If you reschedule for a second time this will result in loss of your booking fee. A further booking fee would then be required to secure a new appointment.

If you CANCEL your appointment, the booking fee is non-refundable and non-transferable in all circumstances. This includes changing your booking to an alternative treatment.

If you have booked a COURSE of treatments and cancel with less than 48 hours notice you will lose the full treatment session.

For all REVIEW appointments that do not require an upfront booking fee we also require 48 hours notice to cancel/ reschedule.
If you miss or cancel this appointment with less than 48 hours notice this will incur a £20 charge which is payable prior to any further appointments.

We are aware Covid19 is still ongoing, however, if you proceed to cancel/re-schedule your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, the terms and conditions stated above are still applicable.
