BOOKING INFORMATION

ARRIVING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT 

  • Please arrive to your appointment ON TIME.
  • Please attend your appointment ALONE.
  • Due to insurance purposes children/babies are not permitted in the clinic.
  • Please attend your appointment with NO make up on.
  • Please DO NOT arrive early to your appointment. If you do you may be asked to wait in your car until your appointment time.
  • Please EAT & DRINK before your appointment – this will decrease the chances of
    light-headedness during your treatment.

  • If you have a history of COLD SORES, please start anti-viral medication 2 weeks before your appointment & continue taking this for 2 weeks post treatment. This will help to prevent a flare up.

  • If you are being treated for any MEDICAL CONDITIONS, please let us know as soon as possible as we may need to reschedule your appointment.

    PLEASE NOTE: If you would like BEFORE & AFTER comparison pictures of your treatment, it would be much appreciated if you could take these yourselves as we do not have time to send individual pictures across after each treatment. 

     

IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE!


Please understand if you are more than
10 minutes late to your appointment you will be asked to reschedule. This will result in loss of your deposit & a further deposit will be required to rebook. 

 

BOOKING TERMS

 (APPLICABLE FOR ALL MANUALLY BOOKED APPOINTMENTS
  i.e. bookings taken through Facebook/Instagram/Email/Phone)

 Appointments 

We require a £30 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit for all appointments to prevent no shows and cancellations. 

Once we receive your deposit, we will then allocate the appointment to you – unfortunately WE CANNOT hold appointments. 

Consultations 

We require a £20 NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE deposit for all consultation appointments to prevent no shows and cancellations. 

This will be redeemable against any treatment booked. If you decide not to go ahead with treatment following the consultation this will be refunded back to you. 

Once we receive your deposit, we will then allocate the appointment to you – unfortunately WE CANNOT hold appointments. 

*All Deposits are payable by CASH, BANK TRANSFER or PAYPAL.  

 

Need to Cancel or Reschedule your appointment?  

To reschedule your appointment we require 48 hours notice. 

Deposits are transferable if 48 hours notice is given. 

If we do not receive 48 hours notice this will result in loss of your deposit. 

If you cancel your appointment, the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE in ALL circumstances. 

For all top-up/review appointments which DO NOT require an upfront deposit we also require 48 hours notice to cancel/ reschedule. 

 

ONLINE BOOKING TERMS

(APPLICABLE FOR ALL APPOINTMENTS BOOKED THROUGH OUR ONLINE BOOKING SERVICE – FRESHA)


Free cancellation if
48 hours notice is given.  

If less than 48 hours notice is given you will be charged 50% of the service price as a late cancellation fee.  

If you do not show up to your appointment without given notice you will be charged 100% of the service price.  

 

 * PLEASE NOTE: We DO NOT have a card machine in clinic – where possible please can the remaining treatment balance be paid prior to leaving clinic by CASH, BANK TRANSFER or PAYPAL
